5. Acceptable Use

• Not use the gifting system to spam or harass other players
• Accept that your username, avatar, flag, and score will be visible on the public leaderboard

7. Advertising

Mini CEO Challenge displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By playing the game, you agree to see these advertisements. We offer Rewarded Ads as an optional way to earn extra coins — you always have the choice to skip them. We do not allow advertisers to collect your personal data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, coins, and virtual items. We are not obligated to provide a refund or compensation upon termination for cause.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mini CEO Challenge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress due to technical issues, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability
